Some people may describe me as a tough coach; others will say I’m the best coach they’ve ever played for. What my players all agree on is that I demand accountability while fully supporting them. I have their backs 110%.

My goal is simple: when my players leave, they leave with a deeper understanding of basketball and a stronger foundation for growth. Player development on and off the court is my top priority.
